It has been shown that students who participate in the School Breakfast Clubs Program are better able to concentrate, have
improved social skills and are more punctual to school. The program encourages a whole-of-school approach to healthy eating and builds an inclusive, supportive school community. School Breakfast Clubs provide a warm and welcoming space for students when they arrive at school. 

The Mentone PS Breakfast Club runs every Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8.45 am to 9.00 am for students of all year levels.
