World Teachers' Day 2025

On Friday 31 October, we celebrate World Teachers’ Day — a special opportunity to recognise and thank teachers for all they do to educate, inspire, and empower learners across Australia.

To mark the occasion, we’ll be holding a special assembly at 9:00am in the courtyard to acknowledge our wonderful teachers. As part of Australia’s theme of “Hats off to teachers!”, students at Mentone Primary School are encouraged to come to school wearing their craziest hat. Together, we’ll raise our hats in appreciation of our amazing teaching staff!
