The School Strategic Plan (SSP) is a four-year plan that sets the long-term direction for our school. It outlines the key goals and priorities we want to achieve to improve student learning, wellbeing, and engagement over time. The SSP is based on data, feedback, and school review findings, and it guides all major decisions and planning at the school. While the Annual Implementation Plan focuses on short-term actions, the SSP provides the bigger picture of where we’re heading and what success looks like for our school community.
The School Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) is a short-term plan that outlines the key priorities and goals our school is focusing on for the year. It helps us take the broader goals from our four-year School Strategic Plan and turn them into specific actions we can work on right now. The AIP includes areas we want to improve—like student learning, wellbeing, and engagement—and how we plan to achieve this through teaching strategies, resources, and support for staff and students. It keeps us focused, helps us measure progress, and ensures we’re always working towards better outcomes for our students.
The Annual Report to the School Community is a summary of our school’s achievements and progress over the past year. It provides information on student learning outcomes, wellbeing, and engagement, as well as highlights of key programs and initiatives. The report also reflects on how we have worked towards our goals and priorities from the School Strategic Plan. It helps keep our school community informed, celebrates successes, and identifies areas for future improvement.
